Applied Intuition services the automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining and agriculture industries in three core areas: tools and infrastructure, operating systems, and autonomy. We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions

As a Senior G&A Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with G&A leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across finance, legal, people, and other business functions in a highly competitive talent market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top growth company and play a business-critical role in scaling commercial teams in the company. This is a temporary role with flexibility for remote applicants that meet our role requirements.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent across finance, legal, people, and other G&A functions
• Partner with G&A leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess functional expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied's values
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand externally
• Successfully negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet our hiring goals

Nice to have:

• Experience recruiting for finance, legal, or people functions within automotive, defense, robotics, or Physical AI companies
• Familiarity with G&A talent markets and competitive dynamics for specialized business function profiles
• Experience hiring G&A talent in a startup or hypergrowth environment

This is a temporary hourly position with an opportunity to convert based on performance. Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target hourly rate.
