Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a conventional apartment community.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months plus of prior leasing experience is preferred
- Conventional Leasing Experience
- Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative
- Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
- Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Friendly, energetic, and great people skills
- Ability to work weekends is a MUST
