Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. New Jersey admission and trial or first-chair experience are preferred but not required. Job Description Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other substantive legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments. Participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial preparation. Analyze complex factual and legal issues and help develop effective case strategies. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal legal teams. Work closely with experienced litigators while building greater ownership of matters and client relationships. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Bar license required. 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience required. Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with strong attention to detail. Trial or first-chair experience preferred but not required. New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
