Maintenance Director

Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team. The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the physical plant. Responsibilities include keeping the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors; conducting a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties; negotiating and contracting with outside vendors; and following established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations. Qualifications For Maintenance Director 2+ years’ experience in health care–related maintenance and plant operations. One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to operate a Windows 10 computer and read, write, and speak English. The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
