Dedicated Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong weekly guarantees, real annual earnings. Earn $1,350 per week before extra pay and bonuses*-giving you reliable income you can count on.

Owner-style pay without the ownership headache. Lease Purchase drivers earn a minimum of $1,350/week availability incentive pay, with $0.94 - $2.63 per practical mile, varying based on length of haul.*
Premium miles, premium balance. Run a dedicated schedule with weekly or every-other-week home time, depending on route, plus consistent freight and incentive opportunities.
Early earning boost with orientation pay. Get $800 driver orientation qualification process pay*, so you start strong during onboarding and head into your first weeks with momentum.
Top-tier trucks built for comfort & performance. Lease Purchase drivers roll in 2023-2026 fully-specced Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias, with modern features that make long miles feel better.

Simple start, no credit check required. Lease Purchase begins with no down payment and no credit check, so you can step into a truck and get earningwithout barriers.
