Inside Sales Representative

PBA Health, a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry in Kansas City, Missouri is expanding our Inside Sales Department and currently looking for qualified Business Improvement Specialists. This position offersa competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Estimated first year earnings between $50,000-$60,000 (uncapped). Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level) Job Duties/Responsibilities: Exceeds established daily and monthly goals for phone time, call count and revenue Places outbound phone calls to promote and sell products Establishes and maintains relationships with future and current clients Remains up to date on company products, marketplace relationships, and competitive strength Maintains the contact database Responds promptly and effectively throughout all aspects of communication Education/Experience: Pharmacy Technician Experience is a HUGE PLUS! Some college preferred but not required B2B sales experience preferred but not required (ON-SITE TRAINING AVAILABLE) Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Maintains a good work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and will thrive in a sell more - earn more environment Ability to quickly recover from rejections with a positive attitude Desire to help people solve problems and developing relationships A self-starter who is assertive and organized to use their time effectively Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills while multi-tasking In addition to a wide variety of company events, we offer competitive wages with benefits including medical/dental/vision/401(k)/LTD/STD/EAP/Life.
