What We Offer Industry-leading compensation with a transparent pay model ($60,000 – $90,000 annually) Brand-new office space — designed for comfort and collaboration Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid options Client matching based on your interests and clinical strengths Collaborative team environment that values creativity and connection Free CEUs, supervision, and ongoing training through Ellie’s LMS Full-time benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and holidays Reimbursement for CEU's and PTO for professional development trainings What You’ll Do Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows) Strong communication and documentation skills Comfort working with diverse populations Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus) A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive Our Culture Let’s be real — mental health work is tough.
