Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $55-$60 per flag hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: $120,000+ annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Light-Duty Diesel Technician to join a professional, high-performing repair shop specializing in diesel pickup trucks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced diesel technician or a skilled automotive technician looking to transition into diesel. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and drivability troubleshooting on light to medium-duty diesel pickup trucks.
• Diagnose and repair engine, fuel system, turbocharger, cooling system, suspension, brake, and electrical system concerns.
• Remove and replace engines and transmissions.
• Pull truck cabs as required for major repairs.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and accurately document repair recommendations.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Diesel repair experience preferred.
• Experienced automotive technicians interested in transitioning into diesel are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Own professional technician tools.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
