Job Responsibilities Support development and preparation of logistics metrics to monitor performance. Handle daily delivery functions for builder channel, retail, and home delivery operations. Maintain a high level of effective communication between internal and external customers. Schedule orders for daily build prints and bill of ladings. Manage carrier availability for late shipments to customers. Print and manage all finished good labels for the plant. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Working knowledge of MasterBrand operating companies. Excellent Excel skills. Excellent Lotus Notes skills. Strong ERP/System integration experience. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Proven experience crossing functional boundaries.
