**Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (NRP Preferred) **Experience Required:** Recent Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience **Licensure:** Driver's license required at submittal to verify distance from the facility **Exam Requirements:** RN's must pass an open book exam during orientation with a score of at least 90% **Trauma Level:** Level I Trauma Center **Charge Nurse Presence:** Yes, there is a charge nurse on each shift **Additional Requirements:** RNs are required to read and interpret their own monitor strips
