Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to explore clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Employ modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to enhance client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and connection among clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and case notes in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality and compliance.
