About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team. This part-time role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of payroll operations for the international workforce, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full payroll processing cycle in the US, Germany, UK, and China, ensuring that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time. This includes managing pension and insurance processes, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, and resolving any employee payroll issues. The role also involves staying abreast of payroll-related laws and best practices in different jurisdictions and making recommendations for policy or process updates as necessary. Applicants for the Global Payroll Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll management or accounting, preferably in an international, e-commerce environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and familiarity with US, German, British, or Chinese payroll is preferred. Experience with ADP or other payroll systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and proficiency in German being a significant advantage. The role also involves collaboration with the People & Culture team on employee-related matters and acting as a key point of contact for statutory audits.
