ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: GENERAL ACCOUNTING #8510 POSITION SUMMARY Prepares and maintains accounts payable records and reports, and receiving and purchase orders; reviews completed accounts payable runs; responds to employee and vendor inquiries; schedules accounts payable for payments in a timely manner and ensures that accounts payable detail balances to general ledger account on a monthly basis. High School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) to four (4) years in accounting field with healthcare emphasis. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
