Receptionist
Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center | Pineville, NC

Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff while helping support the daily operations of our facility.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Schedule
  • Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Help support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer and phone skills required
