What You'll Do: After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management. You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
