Responsibilities As a Management Trainer, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn the importance of putting our customers first. Our culture encourages friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations). Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license. Must live within reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
