Position is 3rd Shift: Sunday, 9:30PM - Friday, 6:30AM

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 3rd Shift
• You will supervise approximately 20 - 25 hourly Associates
• On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
• You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have

• You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
• You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
• Experience with Google or Microsoft applications
