Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to coordinate care and address the needs of each student.

• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning to clients facing acute distress, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes, support groups, and therapy sessions to promote mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
