Patient Account Specialist-Call Center
The Patient Account Specialist handles incoming/outgoing customer calls and reroutes calls to appropriate departments. Provides product/services healthcare information, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years call center/healthcare customer service experience.
- Education: High School or equivalent.
- Requirements: Bilingual preferred.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, and database entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain patient under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
