We are hiring an HR Generalist in Grafton, WI. This is an addition to a growing HR team at a successful manufacturer. You will be focused on recruiting and employee relations amongst other HR responsibilities. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:- Recruitment of production employees
- Employee Relations
- Partnering with Supervisors to support employees
- Implement HR initiatives and ensure Safety at the facility
- Two or more years of HR experience
- Higher education desired (Associate's or Bachelor's)
- Manufacturing experience required
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written
