About This Job Within Loan Servicing, lead daily escrow administration/operations. Responsibilities Assign exceptions and data integrity errors to staff and monitor completion to ensure completed timely and accurately. Develop and enhance monitoring reports. Research, delegate and resolve internal/external escalations. Provide direction, guidance and measurement tools to the department to ensure that operations meet service level agreements. Perform quality control reviews on operations staffs daily work to ensure compliance with regulatory compliance. Providing feedback and coaching when needed. Review of department processes and procedures; provide ongoing training and updates. Identify operational efficiencies. Qualifications HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ Years of related experience.
