Requirements: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related area - Certification/registration or certification/registry eligible as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician - Knowledge of the principles and techniques of medical technology - Skills in verbal and written communication

Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform laboratory tests and accurately report results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. - Conduct phlebotomies, including venipunctures and arterial punctures, while applying age-specific criteria. - Maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality control, and adhere to established safety practices. - Assist in the orientation and training of new employees and students. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
