Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and other outreach Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales Educate clients about their insurance options Provide exceptional service throughout the customer relationship Track your activity, follow up consistently, and work toward individual sales goals Develop the skills needed to eventually build and manage your own book of business What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are motivated by goals and willing to put in the work to achieve them. No. We provide licensing support, product training, sales training, and ongoing coaching. Previous experience in insurance is not required. Sales experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We also consider candidates with strong backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruiting, leadership, and other roles that demonstrate communication, relationship-building, and goal-oriented skills. Is this commission-only? No. The position includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonus opportunities. What does the training process look like? You'll receive support throughout the licensing process, followed by hands-on sales training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching designed to help you build confidence and develop your sales skills.
