Title: Maintenance Technician Electronic

Location: Rockford, TN, 37853

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate: $22/hr. On W2

Position Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes assigned maintenance projects.
• Analyses technical problems on site and completes repairs and work orders, particularly for electronic systems.
• Executes ramp-up, setup, and startup procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
• Contributes to on-site installation projects and supports accountable Industrial Engineers.
• Supports the maintenance of technical documentation for processes and equipment.
• May provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Requires a Vocationally Trained Operator/Administrator or Skilled Operator/Clerk profile.
• Applies defined procedures and practices to handle changing work situations appropriately.
• Uses judgment to select and, where appropriate, adapt established procedures for routine issues.
• Operates a defined range of specialized machines and equipment, including prescribed CNC parameter setting where applicable.
• Performs qualified assembly processes using various tools and machines while following established procedures.
• Provides services within a defined technical or administrative area using established guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Requires basic theoretical and practical knowledge of specialized processes, techniques, and systems.
• May operate specialized standard software packages and handle routine, non-complex internal or external customer inquiries.
• In Technical Customer Services, provides standardized technical or administrative services in accordance with agreed service levels.
• In Production, may operate automated production lines or a broader range of production machines.
• Typical roles include Mechanic Technology Operator, Floor Assembly Operator, and Administrative Functional Support.
• A Skilled Operator/Clerk performs a limited range of practical, technical, operational, or clerical processes.
• Requires knowledge of standardized work routines, methods, general facts, and information, normally acquired through on-the-job training.
• In Administration/Customer Services, operates a limited range of user interfaces or functionalities in standardized software.
• May gather and file information through routine customer interactions and provide basic first-level support according to established procedures.

In Production, uses specialized machines, tools, and equipment and handles specific operating variations.

• Assembly work is generally repetitive, with individual work routines ranging from seconds to several minutes.
  Qualification requirement: 
• approximately 2 years of vocational training plus up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Requires basic knowledge and experience of relevant principles, procedures, work routines, and skills gained through structured vocational training.
