Location - Tampa, FL, and Hudson, FL (as needed) What We’re Looking For Flexibility & Travel – Able to work and travel within a 20‑30 mile radius of residency to assist with coverage needs. Patient‑Centered Approach – Provide exceptional, high‑quality care to each patient, every day. Strong Clinical Judgment – Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care under physician supervision. Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to engage effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making Abilities – Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and develop effective treatment plans. EMR Proficiency – Experience working with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems. Surgical / Procedural Experience (Preferred) – Experience in surgical, outpatient, aesthetics, bariatric, or personal injury settings is a plus. Attention to Detail – Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment plans, and clinical records. Team‑Oriented Mindset – Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations. Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans under physician supervision. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate within the scope of practice. Assist physicians in patient management, including pre‑operative and post‑operative care . Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system . Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience . Participate in clinical workflow improvements to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency . Qualifications Active Florida Physician Assistant License PA‑C Certification (Preferred) Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Experience in surgical, outpatient, bariatric, or specialty practices preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment Why Join IBI Clinic?
