About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting patients and families, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
• Managing the front desk, including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and handling administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to concerns, and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information
