Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable CNC Machine Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience operating HAAS CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate must be capable of independent machine setup, precision machining and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate HAAS VF-5SS CNC milling machines.
• Machine aluminum wheels by drilling bolt patterns, adjusting mounting pads and enlarging center bores.
• Read work orders, technical drawings and machining specifications.
• Use CNC probes, tool measuring features and machine offsets accurately.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
• Perform deburring, finishing and routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain quality standards, production targets and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine operating experience required.
• HAAS CNC milling machine experience required.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines.
• Knowledge of tooling, machine offsets, probing and precision measurements.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, safety and quality control.
• Ability to lift and position wheels weighing approximately 30–55 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• CNC programming and G-code knowledge is a plus but not required.
