Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Above-average computer/technology skills. Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift. Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation. Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. Ability to travel to several sites across the metro area. CPR/FA certification and safe driving record. Strong command presence. Comfortable engaging with the public constantly and stepping in during irate customer situations. Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. See a different world.
