Full-Cycle RecruiterLocation: Minneapolis, MNDuration: 3 Month ContractSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CSTWe're seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support through the end of the year. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneouslyPartner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needsSource, screen, and evaluate qualified candidatesConduct phone and virtual interviewsPresent candidate recommendations to hiring teamsCoordinate interviews and maintain candidate communicationExtend offers and support negotiationsEnsure accurate ATS documentation and recruitment trackingQualificationsRequired:3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience partnering directly with hiring managersStrong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience extending offers and managing candidates through the hiring processComfortable working independently in a remote environmentPreferred:Healthcare recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for corporate, technology, or professional rolesStaffing agency recruiting backgroundFamiliarity with ATS platforms and recruitment toolsWhy Join?Collaborative, mission-driven organizationDirect impact on key hiring initiativesAutonomy with a manageable requisition workloadOpportunity to support an organization making a meaningful differenceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
