Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a Contract Experienced Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting across various functions and business segments in North America. This role serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and hiring top talent while delivering an inclusive, equitable, and candidate-centric experience. Reporting to the Manager of Experienced Recruitment, the Contract Recruiter will manage a full recruitment desk and partner closely with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to achieve business hiring objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer facilitation, and hiring. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent for hard-to-fill positions and specialized skill sets. Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking, candidate research, and relationship management. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies, workforce plans, and talent solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders regarding market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices. Advocate for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by developing and executing targeted diversity sourcing strategies. Execute recruiting strategies that support employer branding, candidate engagement, interview management, and selection processes. Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, compensation practices, and emerging recruitment techniques. Participate in professional networking events, conferences, meetups, hackathons, and other community engagement activities to strengthen talent attraction efforts. Communicate and promote the organization’s employer value proposition and evolving talent acquisition strategies. Maintain accurate candidate tracking, documentation, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage multiple requisitions, searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships while meeting recruiting goals and timelines. Foster continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative recruiting practices and sourcing methodologies. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting environment, search firm, or combination of both. Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate assessment, networking, and hiring. Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Technical, and Digital roles in both corporate and field environments. Strong sourcing expertise, including name generation, passive candidate outreach, and cold calling. Ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and client relationships simultaneously. Experience executing recruiting strategies, including employer branding, diversity sourcing, candidate management, and interview process management. Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidates. Strong client service orientation with a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and build credibility with business leaders. Excellent organizational, documentation, follow-up, written, and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 6+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr TeamPeople
