Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor – Direct Hire – Kulspville, PA Salary: $70-$100K – based on experience level. Shift: Mon‑Thurs 5:30 pm–2 am and Fri 3:30 pm–12 am. This role is instrumental in overseeing the production floor in a machine shop environment to ensure goals are met. Responsibilities Oversee production floor operations to meet goals. Independently analyze product and equipment specifications and performance. Conduct day‑to‑day meetings to monitor production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Identify production issues and assess best actions to move forward. Coordinate with Operations Manager for resource analysis and capacity planning. Plan and assign work according to changing priorities, call‑offs, or mechanical issues. Motivate machine operators to accomplish production goals; supervise a range of 15‑20 production workers. Initiate production system improvements to optimize product flow. Train, mentor, and supervise machine operators for continuous skill improvement. Perform defect root‑cause analysis and mitigation. Ensure manufacturing activities comply with standards and productivity targets. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience with CNC machines. Excellent computer skills, including CNC programming. Prior supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills for product and equipment evaluation. Ability to motivate and manage a team of machine operators.
