Facilities Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Technician to play a key role in maintaining critical building systems and supporting day‑to‑day operations across a dynamic production environment. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while enjoying long‑term career development. Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and general building infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimise downtime. Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily facilities checks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests across office and production environments. Oversee contractors and support small facilities improvement projects. Assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures. Operate forklifts, cranes, and light construction equipment where required. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a production environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or building systems. Experience with HVAC, compressors, generators, forklifts, or similar industrial equipment. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
