Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a contract opportunity in Littleton, CO.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reporting tools
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities, including the ability to communicate findings effectively to lay audiences and business stakeholders
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Tableau as appropriate for report-level transformations and measures
• Connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Tableau
• Work in a Tableau in a source-controlled environment
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and basic statistical methods-Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for data manipulation (Python, R, SQL)
• Understanding of key project metrics (KPIs, Earned •Value Management, schedule performance, cost variance)
• Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision making
