Peer Recovery Specialist: Groups, Crisis Support & Planning

Axiom Recovery

Axiom Community Recovery (ACR) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking peers to provide direct recovery support, psychoeducational groups, and biopsychosocial assessments. This role engages in relapse prevention planning, discharge planning, and safety interventions to support clients’ goals.

The position requires strong active listening, ethics adherence, and effective communication with clients and teams. Experience with EMR systems and a valid AZ driver’s license are preferred, with ongoing supervision and
