What We Expect TK Elevator is looking for a Sales Representative, Hydraulic Modernization to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. If so, TK Elevator has an opportunity for you. Essential Job Functions Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients. Help them understand the value of modernizing their hydraulic elevator systems. Own the sales process—from prospecting and presenting bids to contract execution—managing deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals. Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TK Elevator’s proven sales strategies and marketing tools. Work side‑by‑side with the operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience. Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients. Take ownership from the sales process through installation, including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience required. Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills. Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment. Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues. Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills. Salesforce experience (preferred). Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings (preferred).
