Operate equipment such as control panels, computer terminals, and monitoring systems. Monitor indicators, computer readings, and control screens. Perform established quality tests and make necessary adjustments. Complete and maintain production logs and records. Know and comply with all quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies. Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper operation of production equipment. Perform various production‑related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Ensure that the finished product meets the highest quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work setting at all times. Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products. Rinse surfaces and equipment using high‑ and low‑pressure water systems. Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals, in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to: emptying and refilling garbage and recycling bins; restocking hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels; restocking cup dispensers; replenishing and maintaining sanitary supply inventories.
