Essential Skills
- Previous experience in administrative support and/or retail sales, with consistent job tenure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with documents, data entry, and pricing.
- Motivation to learn new systems and processes, including specialized software and CRM tools.
- Professionalism and reliability in attendance, punctuality, and overall work ethic.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with bi-weekly Saturday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You will work closely with a small local team within a larger organization that operates multiple branches and a centralized headquarters.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
