This role directly supports the field teams across all Tampa-based divisions and ensures accurate, timely, and efficient movement of materials, tools, and equipment./ppThe ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong operational discipline, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-structured warehouse environment./ph3Warehouse Operations Organization/h3ulliOversee the warehouse in accordance with company policies, operational goals, and safety standards./liliOversee receiving, shipping, job staging, and inventory control across all divisions./liliMaintain warehouse cleanliness, workflow efficiency, and proper product organization./liliSet up and maintain shelving layouts, labeling, bin systems, and space utilization./liliEnsure security and proper handling of all equipment, technology, and electrical materials./li/ulh3Inventory Material Management/h3ulliTrack incoming and outgoing products using the companys inventory systems./liliReconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate stock counts./liliCoordinate with GMs, PMs, and field leadership on material needs for upcoming projects./liliManage RMAs, warranty items, and communication with manufacturers./liliOversee eBay sale items and surplus liquidation./li/ulh3Tools, Equipment Vehicle Support/h3ulliManage check-out and check-in procedures for tools, ladders, test equipment, and specialty gear./liliTrack and replace damaged or missing tools; maintain proper documentation./liliMaintain tool storage systems and ensure technicians have what they need for jobs./liliMaintain van stock standards and assist with vehicle organization./liliOversee vehicle maintenance scheduling, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc./liliMaintain documentation for all fleet vehicles, including maintenance logs, registration renewals, insurance documents, mileage/usage records./li/ulh3Communication Coordination/h3ulliWork closely with team members, suppliers, transport companies, and internal managers./liliSupport PMs and GMs with project planning, job readiness, and material validation./liliEnsure all materials are correctly labeled, staged, and ready before technicians arrive./li/ulh3Safety, Compliance Standards/h3ulliMaintain OSHA, safety, and security standards for all warehouse and yard areas./liliEnsure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronics, electrical components, and high-value items./liliSupport compliance with company documentation, tracking, and disposal requirements./li/ulpSkills Qualifications/pulliProven work experience in warehouse or logistics roles./liliStrong organization and time-management abilities./liliKnowledge of warehouse management and inventory best practices./liliAbility to maintain accurate records and documentation./liliExperience with both low-voltage and electrical materials (preferred)./liliStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally./liliDecision-making and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to lift 50+ pounds and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, etc.)./li/ulpExpectations Requirements/pulliMaintain a professional, clean, and safe warehouse environment at all times./liliUphold company standards for organization, documentation, and accountability./liliEnsure all technicians have what they need to be successful in the field./liliMaintain accurate inventory across all divisions and job types./liliKeep up-to-date and complete vehicle maintenance logs, registrations, and documentation./liliSupport the Tampa locations operational efficiency through strong warehouse discipline./li/ul/div
