Trusts & Estates Paralegal
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This role offers a chance to step into a high-impact position supporting a busy practice group. What You'll Do:- Draft estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and probate filings
- Prepare trust and estate accountings, tax forms, and asset valuations
- Manage communications with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
- Coordinate trust administration tasks such as bill payments, bank reconciliations, and EIN applications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Florida probate and trust procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida probate and trust administration
- Ability to work independently and manage complex matters with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
- Monday - Friday, standard business hours
