Drywall Finisher / Painter
Job Duties:
Must have 3+ Experience Drywall Finishing.
Remove popcorn texture from ceilings.
Repair and patch damaged drywall on walls and ceilings.
Install drywall where needed.
Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints.
Apply skim coat to achieve a smooth Level 5 finish on ceilings.
Repair cracks, holes, and other drywall imperfections.
Prepare all surfaces for painting.
Prime and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors.
Protect floors, cabinets, and furniture before starting work.
Keep the job site clean and organized each day.
Follow safety procedures and use proper tools and equipment.
Complete the work with high-quality craftsmanship and within the agreed timeline.
Must have tools, transportation with Valid ID Pay: $20/hr. - $25/hr. DOE (1099)
Weekly payroll.
