Overview: To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas. Essential Functions:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors and walls.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills sinks, wall, floors and other heavy equipment.
• Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
• Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.

Tools and Equipment: * Coffee maker/urn, beverage machines, bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware, queen-mary cart, broom, mop, bucket, cart. Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel, in all Food and Beverage areas, with exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures.
• Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to food items and beverages.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
