I opened my agency in October 2024 after spending several years as a team member with State Farm. Prior to insurance, I worked in sales, which helped shape the competitive and customer-focused mindset I bring into the agency today. I attended University of Dayton and am happily married. My wife is heavily involved in the agency, and we even have an office dog named Mini who helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. I stay very active in the local community through the Chamber of Commerce and participation in community events throughout town. Building strong local relationships and staying involved is an important part of our agency culture. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ben Gialanella - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
