Maintenance Supervisor

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community. In this resident-focused role, you’ll supervise a maintenance team, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems while upholding safety and code standards. You’ll collaborate closely with property management to support resident satisfaction, maintain high curb appeal, and contribute to the long-term quality of our communities.
