Job Description

• Customized Treatment Planning: Assess patients' needs to create personalized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, doctors, and nurses to deliver thorough, well-rounded care
• Patient and Family Guidance: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to ensure continued progress outside of sessions
• Track Progress Effectively: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved institution
• Encouraged participation in continuing education or additional certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
