Busser / Barback - Limelight Snowmass - Winter

The Busser / Barback is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing/wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions and engaging with our guests to ensure their needs are met. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Applications for this position will be accepted until September 6, 2026. Responsible for following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, to include housekeeping functions for restaurant, bar, and restroom areas. Ensure all food items are stocked and alert manager to items which are out of stock. Complete side work duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for service. Engage with guests, helping as needed to ensure their needs are met. Clean and clear tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of bus stations to include removal of trash, recycling, composting. Move tables, chairs, bus stations to facilitate housekeeping. Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist elsewhere as business volumes and staff levels demand. Other duties as assigned.

Prior guest service experience is preferred. Prior work experience in a restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively. Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers. Proficient written and verbal communication English skills, Spanish a plus. Ability to work under stressful circumstances. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks. Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner. Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals.

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces. Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50).
