Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. Your duties will include:

Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and progress
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Responding to emergencies and coordinating care in critical situations
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the ICU Registered Nurse position should possess the following qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two years of experience in an ICU setting preferred
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Additional Information

This role may involve rotating shifts and flexibility in scheduling to meet patient care needs.
