Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

The Level II Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering competent and compassionate care as guided by established clinical standards. This role includes participating in clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and utilizing research and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Take on an expanded role which may include responsibilities as a charge nurse, preceptor, and member of various committees.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to evidence-based practice initiatives.

Requirements

• New York State RN License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Two years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Telemetry experience is required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required.

Work Schedule
