Irwin County Detention Center 132 Cotton Dr Ocilla, GA 31774, USA Admin Support Full-Time Requisition #: TRANS002512 Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors. Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Perform data entry and maintain records, files, and databases accurately. Copy, scan, and file documents as required. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Maintain office supplies and inventory and reorder as necessary. Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoice processing if needed. Support other departments with administrative tasks. Ensure all office equipment is functioning and coordinate maintenance if needed. Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
