Territory Sales Representative Central Pennsylvania

We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to own and expand the Central PA market , working directly with contractors and dealer partners to drive demand for industry?leading hardscape products. Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage your territory like a businesspowered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships.

• Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
• Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo?Bloc's Sales Science approach
• Maintain strong activity and follow?through
• Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
• Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
• Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand?standard
• Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
• Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
• Participate in trade shows, events, lunch & learns, and training sessions

Qualifications

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, or dealer?based sales
• Strong relationship?building and communication skills
• Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
• Organized, self?motivated, and competitivein a good way
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Central PA territory
