- Maintain proactive and professional communication with third-party owners regarding property performance, issues, and opportunities.
- Ensure Hall Equities Group is meeting its management obligations and maintaining strong relationships with third-party ownership groups.
Property-Level Legal & Risk Management
- Coordinate and oversee legal matters associated with property operations, including tenant defaults, collections, evictions, lease disputes, and other property-related matters.
- Work with internal and outside legal counsel when necessary to resolve property-level legal issues.
- Ensure property managers appropriately document and escalate legal, tenant, and operational risks.
